Tashahud

attaHiyaatu lillahi waSSalawaatu waTTayyibaatu assalaamu :alayka ayyuha-nnabiyyu waraHmatuLLahi wabarakaatuhu, assalaamu :alaynaa wa:alaa :ibaadillahi SSaliHeen. ashhadu [POINT THE FINGER HERE - next figure] anllaa ilaaha illaLLaahu wa-ashhadu anna muHammadan :abduhu warasuuluhu.

Meaning
All the compliments, prayers and good things are due to Allah. Peace be upon you, O prophet and Allah's mercy and Blessing be on you. Peace be on us and on the true pious devotees of Allah. I testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and I testify that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger.

For Salats with two and three units, you stop here and stand up again for the next unit.

If this is the final unit of a Salah (as in this example), continue recitation as shown in the next step...
