Second Sajdah

Here we reach the end of the first Raka-at (unit). Next one has to sit again if this is the final unit of the Salat, or stand up again for the next unit. So a Rak-at (unit) in general is the series of actions between two standing up.

The prayer in this example (Fajr) has only two units.

The units for the obligatory prayers are

Fajr - 2
Dhuhr - 4
Asr - 4
Maghrib - 3
Isha - 4
