The Supplication after the Wudhu

ash-hadu an laa ilaha illaLLahu waHdafu laa shariika lahu wa-ashhadu anna muHammadan ?abduhu warasuuluhu. aLLahummaj?alnii minattawwaabiina waj?alnii minal mutaTahhiriin.

Meaning:
I testify that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah alone and I testify that Muhammad is his slave and his Messenger (Muslim).

O Allah make me among those who repent and make me among those who keep (themselves) pure (Thirmidi)
